At Peacock Alley, we take great pride in the quality of our luxury linens and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Linens

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
